What’s Included in Our Pool opening

Cover Removal & Cleaning

We carefully remove your winter cover, clear away debris, and prepare it for proper storage. This helps protect the cover and keeps unwanted dirt from entering the pool during opening.

System Start-Up & Inspection

Our technicians start up the circulation system and inspect key components such as the pump, filter, heater, and valves. We look for visible issues early so you can avoid bigger problems as the weather warms up.

Equipment Reassembly

We reinstall ladders, handrails, skimmer baskets, and other poolside components removed for winter. Everything is set back into place so your pool is ready for normal use.

Cleaning & Water Balancing

We remove seasonal debris, vacuum as needed, and check the pool water chemistry. We then adjust pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels to help bring the water back to a clear and safe starting point for the season.

How we work

Schedule Your Opening

We coordinate your pool opening based on your property, system type, and preferred timing for the season. Early scheduling helps Horsham homeowners get ahead of the spring rush and prepare for warmer weather.

Remove Winter Setup

We restart the pool system, inspect major equipment, and reinstall accessories like ladders and handrails. This step helps confirm that your pool is circulating properly and ready for further cleaning and balancing.

Start System Up

Final Prep Check

We complete a final visual check, address basic chemistry needs, and make sure the pool is ready for the season. If we spot any concerns, we let you know promptly so the next steps are clear.

Technician Roman came to fix one problem but discovered another that could of cost us a lot if not corrected. Thank you. We will be using them for our closing. I normally don't write reviews but these guys earned it. There are so many bad companies in our area.

FAQ

When should I schedule pool opening in Horsham?

Most homeowners in Horsham schedule pool opening in early to mid-spring, before the weather turns consistently warm. Opening early can help reduce algae growth and make it easier to get water chemistry under control. It also gives you time to identify any equipment issues before peak swimming season. Booking ahead is especially helpful during busy spring weeks in Montgomery County.

What is included in a professional pool opening service?

A professional pool opening typically includes winter cover removal, system start-up, equipment inspection, accessory reinstallation, and an initial water chemistry check. Depending on the condition of the pool, spring cleaning and vacuuming may also be recommended. The goal is to make sure the pool is safe, clean, and functioning properly. At Evo Pool Service, we focus on thorough seasonal preparation rather than a rushed basic opening.

How long does a pool opening usually take?

Pool opening season moves quickly, and homeowners need dependable service. Our team works to provide timely scheduling and organized visits so your pool is ready when you need it.

Do you inspect pool equipment during the opening?

Yes, equipment inspection is an important part of the opening process. We check visible operation and start-up condition of key components such as the pump, filter, heater, and valves. Catching problems early can help prevent delays once you are ready to use the pool regularly. If something needs further repair or attention, we let you know with clear recommendations.

Can you open pools in Horsham neighborhoods with mature trees and heavy spring debris?

Yes, many Horsham properties have backyards where winter and early spring leave behind extra leaves and debris. We account for those conditions during the opening process and can recommend additional cleaning when needed. This is common in established residential areas throughout Horsham and nearby parts of Willow Grove and Ambler. A thorough opening helps get the pool back into usable condition faster.
