What’s Included in Our Pool renovation

On-Site Evaluation & Renovation Planning

We begin with a detailed assessment of your pool’s current condition, layout, circulation system, finish, and overall functionality. This helps us recommend renovation options that match your budget, usage needs, and the style of your Merion Station property.

Surface, Tile & Coping Upgrades

Renovation often includes updating worn plaster, damaged tile lines, or aging coping. These improvements can refresh the appearance of the pool while also correcting deterioration that affects long-term durability.

Equipment Modernization

Many renovation projects include replacing outdated pumps, filters, heaters, lighting, or automation components. Upgraded equipment can improve efficiency, simplify pool care, and support more reliable day-to-day performance during the swim season.

Feature Enhancements & Finishing Details

We can incorporate selected upgrades such as LED lighting, water features, automation controls, and other finishing touches that improve both function and appearance. Our goal is to deliver a finished pool that feels updated, practical, and ready for years of use.

How we work

Inspect the Pool

We start with an on-site visit to evaluate the pool structure, finish, plumbing, circulation equipment, and surrounding conditions. This allows us to identify visible wear, performance issues, and the most practical renovation options for your property.

Build the Plan

Our team carries out the approved renovation using proven methods and quality materials. Depending on the project, this may include resurfacing, tile replacement, equipment installation, lighting updates, or added features.

Complete the Work

Test and Review

Before finishing the project, we check system performance, confirm installation quality, and review the completed work with you. We want your renovated pool to look right, operate properly, and be ready for dependable use.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We finally have a pool company that is professional and knows what they are doing. Technician Roman came to fix one problem but discovered another that could of cost us a lot if not corrected. Thank you. We will be using them for our closing. I normally don't write reviews but these guys earned it. There are so many bad companies in our area.

FAQ

What kinds of pool renovation projects do you handle in Merion Station?

We handle a wide range of residential pool renovation work in Merion Station, including resurfacing, tile and coping replacement, equipment upgrades, lighting improvements, automation additions, and selected feature enhancements. Some pools need a visual refresh, while others also need functional improvements to circulation, heating, or control systems. We tailor each project to the pool’s condition and the homeowner’s priorities. Our goal is to create a finished pool that looks better and performs more reliably.

How do I know if my pool needs renovation or just repairs?

If the issues are isolated, such as one equipment failure or a minor leak, a repair may be the most practical option. Renovation is usually worth considering when the pool has multiple aging components, worn surfaces, outdated systems, or a generally dated appearance. During our evaluation, we help you understand what can be repaired and what may be more cost-effective to upgrade. That way, you can make an informed decision based on condition, budget, and long-term value.

Can you upgrade pool equipment during a renovation in Merion Station?

How long does a pool renovation usually take?

Project timelines depend on the size of the pool, the scope of work, material selections, weather conditions, and whether multiple upgrades are being completed together. A straightforward renovation may move faster, while more involved projects naturally take longer. We discuss expected timing during the planning stage so you have a realistic understanding of the process. Clear communication is a major part of how we manage renovation work.

Do you work on older pools in Main Line neighborhoods like Merion Station?

Yes, many homes in Merion Station and nearby Main Line communities have older pools that benefit from thoughtful renovation rather than simple replacement. These projects often require careful assessment of existing finishes, plumbing, equipment pads, and design features. Our team is experienced in evaluating aging pool systems and recommending practical upgrades that fit the property. We focus on improvements that respect the setting while delivering better safety, efficiency, and appearance.
