Cover Removal & Cleaning

We carefully remove your winter cover, clear off debris, and prepare it for proper storage. This helps protect the cover and prevents dirt from reentering the pool during opening.

Our technicians start the pool system and inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and other core equipment. We look for early signs of wear or damage so issues can be addressed before peak summer use.

Equipment Reinstallation & Preparation

We reinstall ladders, handrails, skimmer baskets, and other seasonal components as needed. Every pool is prepared for safe, functional day-to-day operation.

Cleaning & Water Balancing

We remove debris, vacuum when needed, and test the water to begin balancing pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels. This creates a cleaner, safer starting point for ongoing pool care throughout the season.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We finally have a pool company that is professional and knows what they are doing. Technician Roman came to fix one problem but discovered another that could of cost us a lot if not corrected. Thank you. We will be using them for our closing. I normally don't write reviews but these guys earned it. There are so many bad companies in our area.

FAQ

When should I schedule pool opening in Berwyn?

Most homeowners in Berwyn schedule pool opening in early to mid-spring, before daytime temperatures rise consistently and demand increases. Opening early can help prevent algae growth and make it easier to restore clean water. It also gives more time to identify equipment issues before you plan to use the pool regularly. If you want the best scheduling options, it is smart to book ahead.

What is included in a professional pool opening service?

A professional pool opening typically includes cover removal, equipment start-up, reinstallation of seasonal components, basic cleaning, and initial water testing. At Evo Pool Service, we also inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and related systems during the process. The goal is to make sure the pool is functioning properly and is on the right path toward clear, balanced water. Additional cleaning or chemical treatment may be recommended depending on the pool’s condition.

How long does a pool opening take?

Spring is a busy season for pool owners, and timing matters. We provide dependable scheduling and organized service so your opening is handled before the busiest part of the season.

Do you open pools in communities near Berwyn too?

Yes, Evo Pool Service provides pool opening in Berwyn and nearby areas throughout Chester County and the Main Line region. We commonly serve homeowners in Devon, Paoli, and Malvern, along with surrounding communities. Our local coverage allows us to provide dependable scheduling and area-specific service. If you are nearby, there is a good chance we can help.

Will my pool be ready to swim immediately after opening?

In some cases, yes, but it depends on the water condition and how the pool was closed for winter. Many pools need time for circulation, filtration, and final chemical balancing before the water becomes fully clear and safe for swimming. If there is significant debris, algae, or chemistry imbalance, extra cleaning or treatment may be needed. We make sure the pool is opened correctly and advise you on the next steps to reach swim-ready condition.
