Location: Willow Grove, PA
Evo Pool LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated General and Operations Manager to join our team in Willow Grove, PA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure our business runs efficiently while delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Job Duties:
- Review financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to assess productivity, track goal achievement, and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and coordinate technician assignments
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Communicate with clients via phone and email, schedule meetings and services
- Process invoices, accept payments, and manage routine office procedures
- Order equipment, submit warranty claims, and inspect delivered goods for accuracy and quality
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- At least one (1) year of experience in business operations management, including financial data review, client communication, scheduling, invoicing, and inventory oversight
Terms of Employment:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
