We finally have a pool company that is professional and knows what they are doing. Technician Roman came to fix one problem but discovered another that could of cost us a lot if not corrected. Thank you. We will be using them for our closing. I normally don't write reviews but these guys earned it. There are so many bad companies in our area.

What does a pool inspection in Penn Valley typically include?
A pool inspection typically includes a visual review of the interior finish, tile, coping, deck, visible plumbing connections, and accessible equipment. We also inspect components such as the pump, filter, heater, automation, lights, and chlorination systems when present. Safety-related visible items like drain covers and fittings are also checked. Yes, a pool inspection is strongly recommended before closing on a property with a pool or spa. A pool can look fine on the surface while still having equipment, structural, or safety issues that lead to unexpected costs. In established communities like Penn Valley, many pools have aging systems that should be reviewed carefully. An inspection helps buyers make informed decisions and plan ahead.

Most pool inspections take about one to two hours, depending on the size of the pool, whether there is a spa, and how much equipment is installed. Properties with heaters, automation, salt systems, water features, or older equipment pads may require more review time. Accessibility and current site conditions can also affect timing.
